How much does the program cost?

FireFighter PRO is $175.00
Standard FireFighter is $125.00
EMS for Windows is $125.00
Training for Cops is $100.00
Shipping is Included.
Money Orders, Department or Personal checks are the preferred payment.

P.O's are accepted only from departments that make payment within 30 days of ordering the program. Sorry, I do not honor credit cards

How much are updates and how often are the programs updated?
Answer:
All updates are full versions and are sent on CD.
Updates for FireFighter PRO $125.00
Updates for EMS for Windows $75.00
Updates for Training for Cops is $50.00
The programs are updated on a continual basis and usually have a major upgrade every 12- 24 months.
The update prices could change depending on added features and the number of years the program has gone without raising update pricing.

What is the minimum computer system I would need to run FireFighter for Windows or EMS for Windows?
Answer:
EMS will run on Windows version 3.1 to Windows95/98/NT 4.xx
FireFighter PRO will run on all versions including Windows2000 and XP
The Standard version of FireFigter will run on Windows version 3.11, Windows95/98 and NT 4.xx
Training for Cops will run on ALL versions of Windows including windows2000 and WindowsXP
If you have downloaded the demo copy and it runs ok on your computer then you will have no problems running the Registered version.
Question:
What is the fastest way to receive each of these programs?
Answer:
Although orders are made out and sent the same day they are received, some departments may not receive their order for 10 days or more. (This is dependent on mail delivery in your country)
If you include your Internet Email address with the registration form we will attempt to send you the program via Email Attachment. Please make sure you can receive Email Attachments in a Zip format.
This will only work if you have a regular Email address...It will not work if you are using a free Email address such as Hotmail or Yahoo.
I cannot send the program via Email if I can't read the Email address, make sure you type or print the address clearly.
The program is also sent to each department via Ordinary mail, so each department has their own original CD or disk.

The fastest way to get help is to send an Email describing the problem as best you can.
Include your Departments name and the version of FireFighter you are using.
Please read the help files and if you are still needing help do not hesitate to send Email.
You will receive a reply as quickly as possible, usually the same day.
If your problem needs phone help you will be given a phone number and a time to call.
